INGREDIENTS
- Classic Bellini:
- 1 jar A tavola! Peach Bellini
- Pizzini NV Prosecco to top
- White Rum Bellini:
- 1 jar A tavola! Peach Bellini
- 15ml white rum
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- Ice
- Pizzini NV Prosecco to top
- Citrus Bellini:
- 1 jar A tavola! Peach Bellini
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- Ice
- Pizzini NV Prosecco to top
METHOD
Step 1
Classic Bellini:

For a quick and simple cocktail that screams summer, place 2 teaspoons of bellini mix in the bottom of a wine glass, then top with Pizzini Prosecco. Voila! Salute!

White Rum Bellini:
Step 4
Place 2 teaspoons of bellini mix, 15ml white rum, 15ml sugar syrup and 15ml lime juice into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake for 20 seconds.
Step 5
Double strain into a glass and top with Pizzini Prosecco Strain the mixture into a glass and top with Pizzini Prosecco.
Step 6
Citrus Bellini:
Step 7
Place 2 teaspoons of bellini mix, 15ml lime juice and 15ml sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Strain the mixture into a glass and top with Pizzini Prosecco.
