INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 60ml limoncello
  • 30ml soda water
  • 1 Lemon slice
  • Pizzini NV Prosecco to top

  • Note:
  • To enhance the lemon flavour peel off a slither of the lemon peel and pinch in glass to release citrus acids. Run peel around the glass and use peel as a garnish on the edge of glass.

METHOD

Step 1

Fill glass with the ice and the pour in Limoncello and soda water, gently stir through. Top off with prosecco and garnish with lemon.
