Aperol Spritz
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of ice
- 60ml aperol
- 30ml soda water
- 1 orange slice
- Pizzini NV Prosecco to top
- Notes:
- To enhance the orange flavour peel off a slither of the orange peel and pinch in glass to release citrus acids. Run peel around the glass and use peel as a garnish on the edge of glass.
METHOD
Step 1
Fill glass with the ice and the pour in Aperol and soda water and gently stir through. Top off with prosecco and garnish with orange.
