Phoney Negroni
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cube or sphere of ice
- 15ml campari
- 30ml martini or cinzano rosso
- 1 orange slice
- Brachetto to top off
- Note:
- If you don’t have ice cubes or spheres you can fill glass with ice whilst you create cocktail, until the glass is chilled.
METHOD
Step 1
Place ice block in a whiskey glass and pour 15ml of campari and 30ml of rosso over top.
Step 2
Stir liqueur around ice to chill before toping off with Brachetto.
Step 3
Stir through again to combine and garnish with the orange slice.
