Passionate Thyme Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 15-30ml Bati White Rum
- 30ml Passionfruit Pulp
- 15ml Coconut Syrup
- 15ml Lime juice
- Ice
- 90ml Pizzini Brachetto
- Butterfly Pea Syrup
- Thyme sprigs to garnish
METHOD
Step 1
Combine rum, passionfruit pulp, coconut syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Step 2
3/4 fill a tall glass with fresh ice.
Step 3
Single strain cocktail mix from shaker over the fresh ice, keeping the strainer open a little so that you get some of the passionfruit seeds filtering through.
Step 4
Top with Pizzini Brachetto and garnish with a drizzle of Butterfly Pea Syrup and a sprig of thyme.
