15-30ml Bati White Rum
30ml passion fruit pulp
15ml Coconut Syrup
15ml Lime juice
90ml Pizzini Brachetto
Butterfly Pea Syrup
Thyme sprigs to garnish
Combine rum, passionfruit pulp, coconut syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake
3/4 fill a tall glass with fresh ice.
Single strain cocktail mix from shaker over the fresh ice, keeping the strainer open a little so that you get some of the passionfruit seeds filtering through
Top with Pizzini Brachetto and garnish with a drizzle of Butterfly Pea Syrup and a sprig of thyme.
