Prosecco Paloma
INGREDIENTS
- Ice
- Lime juice
- Chilli salt
- 30ml Tequila or Mezcal
- 15ml Ruby Grapefruit syrup
- Pizzini Prosecco Spritz Can
METHOD
Step 1
Using lime juice and chilli salt, rim two glasses. Place ice cubes in each glass to chill glasses.
Step 2
Add 30ml of Tequila or Mezcal to each glass, top with 15ml of Ruby Grapefruit syrup and a squeeze or lime juice. Pour a Prosecco Spritz can evenly between the two glasses. Enjoy!
