Spritzzini is the taste of joy … best paired with light linens and long afternoons. Inspired by our favourite drinks and our love of Summer, Spritzzini turns any hour into a happy hour. It’s a twist on tradition—a spritz all grown up—aromatic, lightly sweet, and impossibly pretty.

Winemaking

The Prosecco grapes were machine harvested at night, then crushed, de-stemmed and pressed lightly to retain freshness and delicacy. The juice was fermented in stainless steel at a cool temperature of fourteen degrees Celsius, before being carbonated in tank. Once the base wine was created it was infused with lime and mint before being bottled at 6 degrees Celsius to lock in freshness and flavour.
