Pale gold in colour with aromas of kerosene, dried apricots and baked apple. The palate is complex and lingering with flavours of dried apricots, baked pear, baked apple and subtle salinity. The length and acidity is lovely and lingering. Share with a gin-cured salmon gravlax.

Winemaking

The Riesling 2015 comes from one of our young hillside vineyard blocks. The grapes were machine harvested at night, then crushed and de-stemmed and pressed lightly, providing delicacy and elegance to the wine. The juice was fermented using a selected yeast to enhance citrus notes and palate structure. It was then cool fermented to retain freshness and varietal character.
