This is a hands-on and demonstration class where we make Puff, Short and Choux pastries to create dishes that can be enjoyed as starters, mains and desserts.
We also learn how to make Nonna Rosetta's special apple strudel that is such a popular dessert at our festivals.
The class includes a tutored wine tasting where you choose a glass of wine to enjoy as you lunch on your delicious dishes.
