This is a hands-on class where we make Puff, Short and Choux pastries and create a starter, main and dessert.
We also learn how to make Nonna Rosetta's special apple strudel that is such a popular dessert at our festivals.
The class includes a tutored wine tasting where you choose a glass of wine to enjoy while lunching on your delicious dishes.
