A hands-on and demonstration class with recipes describing fail safe methods of making beautiful, silky pasta and pillow like gnocchi plus traditional and seasonal sauces. After the class enjoy an educational wine tasting to choose a glass of wine to enjoy while lunching on the dishes you made during the class.
Bring along a flat 2 litre container to take home your pasta that is not included in lunch.
