A hands-on class with recipes describing easy methods of making beautiful, silky pasta and pillow-like gnocchi. We include pasta sauces which consider all dietary requirements. All the myths of making delicious risotto are debunked proving simplicity equals perfection. After the class participants enjoy a brief wine tasting as we choose a glass of wine to enjoy with lunch.
