A hands-on class with recipes describing methods of making beautiful, silky pasta and pillow like gnocchi. The class includes making sauces which suit all dietary requirements. All the myths of making delicious risotto are debunked proving simplicity equals perfection. Following all classes is a brief wine tasting as you choose a glass of wine to enjoy with your meal.
