A trip to Barcelona a few years back was the inspiration for this class. We give you the skills and confidence to make small dishes to share as starters then teach you the techniques and nuances to master the delicious and flavoursome Paella.
A wine tasting follows the class when you choose a glass of wine to enjoy while lunching on the delicious dishes made in the class.
