Summer & Autumn seasons are the times to preserve the vegetables and fruit from our bountiful gardens and Farmers' Markets. It is wonderful to be able to eat jams, relishes, pickles and passata that still have the freshness of flavour from summer. Learn age old preserving techniques and take home some of your creations. Included is a wine tasting and lunch after the class.
