Alfredo Pizzini makes a cameo appearance in this cooking class, so gather your mates and have fun in the kitchen learning new skills and recipes you can replicate and share with others.
After a brief wine tasting and lunching on the dishes you have made, Alfredo will take you to his inner sanctum where you will have an educational wine experience you will never forget.

Katrina & Fred are the hosts of this class. Fred teaches his favourite dish then after lunch takes participants on a walking tour through the vineyard to the winery to hear the history of Pizzini and taste barrel aging wines.
