This cocktail has been served at the Mountain View hotel over the past month and has been winning the hearts of everyone who tries it.
It is quick and easy to make and is a delicious way to enjoy our new Moscato.
15ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
15ml berry puree
15ml maraschino liqueur
15-30ml dark rum
Combine all ingredients a cocktail shaker and shake well
Take a high ball glass and fill with ice, then strain the mix from the shaker over the ice.
Top with Moscato (around 60ml) and garnish with an lime wheel and fresh mint
