How do I join the Wine Club?
You can join online, at the Cellar Door, over the phone.

What does it cost to join the Wine Club?
There is no cost to join and no ongoing fees. Membership is based on a commitment to order a minimum of 2 dozen bottles of wine each year (we offer lots of options and flexibility to suit different preferences).

Can I select my own wines?
Yes, you can choose one of our curated wine packs or choose your own selection. You can also make changes at any time.

How do I know if I am a Wine Club Member?
Wine Club members will have a membership number and will receive regular wine deliveries (quarterly or biannually)

How do I log into the website to access my member benefits?
You log into the online member portal using the email address associated with your wine club membership and a password you would have created when you activated your account. If you haven't received an email to activate your online account yet, please contact us on 03 5729 8030 (option 3) or email

Can I change or update my details or pack selection online?
Yes, simply log into your Wine Club Account online to make changes to your wine selection, addresses or payment details.

To modify your wine club selection or update your address navigate to 'Your Wine Club Selection' tab.

To view your next sheduled delivery or add something extra to come with an upcoming delivery, navigate to 'Upcoming Wine Deliveries'.

To update your payment dteails, navigate to the 'Payment details tab'.

How do I know what wines I will be receiving and when as part of the Wine Club?
You can view and update your wine selection online at any time by logging into your member portal.
We will also get in touch 2-3 weeks prior to each delivery to let you know what wines to expect and the date orders will be processed.

Despatch is typically May and October for biannual deliveries. For quarterly deliveries despatch is Feb, May, August and November.

Are there restrictions on the wines I can receive as my regular Wine Club delivery?
The club is very flexible and members can alter their wine preferences either online or by contacting us whenever they choose: We also give you around 2 weeks notice prior to any packs being despatched to give you time to review and adjust your order if needed.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged just prior to your wine pack leaving the winery. You will be advised of pack contents, pricing and the date your card is due to be debited around 2 weeks before this is due to happen so you have time to make amendments if you wish.

How much does delivery cost?
Wine Club members receive free delivery for wine packs, and on any orders of one dozen bottles or more.

Delivery is usually $16-$32 per carton for non members, or for Wine Club Members ordering less than 1 dozen bottles.

I will be away during the next shipment, what can I do?
Contact the Wine Club Team to organise to have your wine sent early, or to delay delivery. Call 03 5729 8030 or email

I am overstocked or will be away for an extended time, what can I do?
You can organise to skip an upcoming delivery via the online member portal, or by contacting us. If you need to skip more than one delivery, you can pause your membership and re-activate it when you are ready to start receiving wines again. This can be done via the online portal or by contacting us.

Can I cancel my membership?
We would hate to see you go, but you can cancel at any time. There are alternatives if you just want a break for a while or are overstocked. Please get in touch with our team to discuss options or to cancel on 03 5729 8030 or email

How do I send wine as a gift?
When ordering wine, notify us that it is a gift. A card with a personalised message can be included with the wine. The wine will be despatched direct to the recipient with the card enclosed but the invoice will be sent direct to you.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes, our carriers, eParcel or Aramex will provide tracking details once your order is despatched.

How long does it take for my wine to be delivered?
Deliveries are despatched from the winery at Whitfield, VIC.  Orders are usually despatched within 1 business day and delivery is usually within 7 to 14 days, depending on your location. Wine Club despatch deliveries can take a few days longer as it takes us 3-4 wines to pack the various wine packs ready to be sent on their way. 

Do you deliver overseas?
We can’t accept overseas Wine Club Members but can do one-off wine deliveries overseas. The cost of the freight will be passed on to you (we will provide a quote beforehand). Please email to find out more.

What payment options are available for wine orders?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Direct Debit can also be arranged.

I don’t want to commit to regular deliveries, but still want to be kept in the loop about happenings at Pizzini, can I do this?
