The Wine
Fresh aromatics jump out of the glass, white peaches, sweet spices and hints of musk. This wine is lively and zippy with flavours of pears and granny smith apples combined with well-balanced and approachable acid.
Winemaking
The Pinot Grigio was harvested from a single block. The grapes were machined picked in the cool of the night to retain freshness and flavour. The wine was fermented in stainless steel to ensure fruit freshness and crispness, after which the lees were stirred twice a week for three months to help soften and round the palate.
