A hands-on class with recipes describing classic methods of making beautiful silky pasta and pillow like gnocchi. We make delicious pasta sauces which suit all dietary requirements. All the myths of making delicious risotto are debunked proving simplicity equals perfection. A brief wine tasting follows all classes as we choose a glass of wine to enjoy with lunch.
