Fine Dining and Hands on Learning

Following a welcoming morning tea, head to the A tavola! Cooking School where Katrina will share secrets to preparing traditional Italian style dishes. The class is hands-on with each participant helping prepare the dishes to be shared Italian-style for lunch.
At 6.30pm you will reconvene at Hotel's fine dining lounge for a four course dinner matched with wines made by Joel Pizzini.
