A weekend of entertainment for the whole family

Feast on Katrina’s homemade potato gnocchi with Nonna’s traditional bolognaise sauce or Fred’s duck ragout. Barbequed seafood by Chef Jean Jacques of Jean Jacques by the Sea fame. Mrs Deering will be there serving her famous blueberry ice cream and Pizzini’s delicious deserts will be available for those with a sweet tooth. Lunch will vary in price from $15-$20. Kids $6.

Live music, a wine spitting challenge (a spectacle to participate in or just watch, the prize being a case of wine), there is also the Ms Gnoccha gnocchi rolling competition ¬3pm both days. Those wanting to participate in a more refined activity can participate in social Petanque.

The weekend is a family affair with supervised kids activities including arts and crafts, races and piñata.

Bring along a blanket or there will be tables, chairs and shade provided. If it rains we will celebrate under the tobacco sheds at cellar door.

Gnocchi Fiesta Program 2007, Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th
10am to 5pm	Cellar door open for tastings and sales New releases for tasting and sale will include Il Soffio our blush coloured Fizz, Pinot Grigio 2007- and the Sangiovese Shiraz 2006.
Noon to 4.30pm	Maurice Milani – live music Maurice Milani, a legend on the local music scene, will cover all of your favourites from the 60’s to now.
Noon to 4pm	Bric Brac – live music Ced LeMeledo’s roving band plays popular lively French gypsy jazz tunes providing a wonderful vibe.
Noon to 4pm	Kids activity - make your own Kite and learn how to fly it Professional kite making business Kites4Kids will provide the kids with the materials to make their own kite to take home. The crew from Kites4Kids will then teach the kids how to fly their new kite. If the conditions are right Kites4Kids will also fly some of their huge kites for all to see.
12.30pm & 1.30pm	Kids activity - magic performances & Magic class (magic class will start after second performance and runs for 45 minutes) Leading female magician, Cath Jamison, will perform amazing tricks for you, then reveal secrets on how to do some yourself. Amaze your friends and rival Harry Potter with your new magical skills! Age: 8+ (5-7 year olds will need to be accompanied by an adult).
Noon to 4pm	Roving Acrobat Kyle Raftery Kyle will rove the grounds performing circus skills including juggling to acrobatics to balancing incorporating a lot of physical comedy and interaction.
2.30pm to 3.30pm	Wine Spitting Challenge Put your wine spitting skills to the test for a chance to win a case of Pizzini’s finest. A great spectacle to watch if you are not keen to spit!
2pm to 2.30pm	Ms “Gnoccha” gnocchi rolling competition We provide the gnocchi dough, you provide the skill. See if you can roll gnocchi like Nonna! Win a case of Pizzini’s finest.
11.30am to 4pm	The Menu – All homemade Potato gnocchi with mushroom napoletana or duck ragù, ricotta gnocchi with asparagus & Verduzzo cream sauce, eggplant ravioli with pepperonata, osso buco ravioli with veal jus, vegetarian antipasto plate and a selection of barbequed seafood dishes by Jean Jacques. Lunch $15 - $20.
10am to 5pm	Something sweet Ice cream spiders, fruit smoothies, Mrs Deering’s ice creams, Katrina’s desserts & coffee. Bookings not essential. No BYO food, alcohol or pets please.
