Gnocchi Fiesta
Weekend 20 November - 21 November 2010
Cellar door 10am – 5pm
The Winemakers of the King Valley's annual "La Dolce Vita" celebration will feature our Gnocchi Fiesta. With lots of homemade food, family fun & fresh aromatic whites to sip, it should be a great weekend. You can purchase an official festival wine tasting glass for $10 at our cellar door.
Feast on Katrina's home made gnocchi, fresh seafood dishes, home made spring rolls, ice cream spiders, Katrina's homemade desserts and coffee.
It's an event for the whole family with sword fighting workshops, giant sandpit, quality arts & crafts, "make your own edible art" and much more for the kids.
Sniff, sip & enjoy our 2009 aromatic whites range or a Brachetto cocktail. Join the "Ms Gnoccha" gnocchi rolling competition or the Wine Spitting Challenge to win a case of Pizzini's finest. Live music & roving entertainers.
Lunch ($16-$22); potato gnocchi with braised saltbush lamb, pork ragout or bolognaise, ricotta & spinach gnocchi with pepperonata, homemade spring rolls as well as a selection of seafood dishes.
This year we are introducing the Brachetto cocktail bar! Brachetto is a pink Moscato and contains only 5% alcohol, its slight spritz and sweetness makes it a great mixer to such spirits as Bacardi, Pimms and gin. The drinks list will include the Brachetto Bling, King Valley Kooler, Cuban Fusion and the Phoney Negroni.
